This is the premise on which Asa Dental’s CEO Alessandro Malfatti opened his speech at the beginning of the year, illustrating the prospects for 2023 and announcing the changes that will affect part of the Asa Dental team. "There are many important opportunities that the new year will bring, and we must be ready to seize and make the most of them. With this in mind, the company has decided to appoint Ms. Diana Ciapponi as Global Sales and Marketing Director.”

Part of the Asa Dental team since 2010, Diana has demonstrated determination, professionalism, and passion in achieving and exceeding results, conquering and deserving the necessary trust to cover this new role.

Alessandro Malfatti also assigned Mr. Ali Alawneh the task of managing a broader area: Turkey, South-East Asia and the whole of Africa. His promotion was motivated by Ali’s top sales performance in the Middle East and North Africa for the last five years.

And after a career in the company covering the roles of Marketing Executive and Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager, Mr. Andrea Ricci was promoted to Area Manager of Latin America.
